Atherosclerosis of the left internal mammary artery bypass graft? I see nothing specific on the mammary. How would you code this?

Alicia answered this during the March 2014 Q&A Webinar. The internal mammary artery is the most frequently used bypass conduit for the left anterior descending coronary artery in patients treated with bypass surgery, with excellent long-term patency rates. If you missed the webinar, you can join the CCO Club, and receive access to the video recording, transcript, and answer sheets.
